Dancing Luau Activity Host
This position will report directly to the Senior Director. Entry level hosts will be expected to work 100 hours during the spring/summer season. Work days are dependent on event days and usually fall between Wednesdays and Sundays, with mandatory training held at the beginning of the season.
Primary responsibilities

Organize and host dance workshops in your community

Coordinate dance lessons and field trips

Create and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment for everyone

Maintain punctual communication with Dancing Luau coordinators and facilitators

Implement Dancing Luau curriculum accurately and on time

Responsible for set-up, take-down and clean-up of program spaces

Assist with the facilitation and coordination of holiday dance recitals and special events
Qualifications
-
A grand sense of humor

1 – 2 years experience working with children/adults with special needs

48 college credits from an accredited college or university preferred
-
Have a reliable means of transportation daily

Bi-lingual in Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Tagalog, Chinese or Hawaiian is a plus
